Visa Regulation

Citizens of Jordan, Iraq, Syria, and the Gulf Co-operation Council states may enter Yemen without a visa, and nationals of Hong Kong are permitted to stay in the country for up to 30 days without a visa. Passport holders of all other states are required to have a visa. For nationals of most countries, it is possible to purchase a visa at the airport or the Omani border crossings. 
Visitors traveling with tourist or business visas do not need to get an exit visa prior to departure.

Citizens of the following countries can obtain entry visa at the official ports of Yemen

Important notice

Those staying in Yemen for more then two weeks , must register at the nearist police station during no later than 14 days from date of arrival , otherwise ,a penalty fine of  YR5000 will be charged at their departure from Yemen

This applies for all non-Yemeni national  including Arabs
